So Christmas came and went. It is 2007 Holy Shit.
I can't believe this year Mar will be 6, Syrus will be 4 and Dyll will be 2.
So I am getting ahead of myself.

Syrus now calls his testicles his sack--thanks to his daddy.
The other day he comes out of the shower and is not dressed yet and says to me
"Remember this" and lifts his penis and is pointing to his balls and says
"This is my SACK"

Holy crap me and Dave were rolling on the floor.

Today was flowers--I swear off the top of her head she said daisey, daffodil (see I can't even spell it-she probably could),
rose and i forget oh yeah violet. Wow she is freaking out the family. Too funny. So did everyone see some fireworks??

Got to love fireworks--they are amazing. We got coffee and a milkshake for smarty pants while poor buddy had a fever and the baby slept in her carseat. It was awesome. He kept saying wow look at that color or that was pretty!!!

Oh yeah I needed to vent about people who think it is cool to wash their windshields while driving 70 down the turnpike.
Are you stupid? Do you know that other cars are behind you and they are getting the rest of the spray that doesn't hit your own dirty ass windshied????
Please stop it people. Ok now I feel better.

Summer is here

Yes so here is the summer. No more school just hanging out.
I can't believe in one week it will be July 4th. Wow I feel like I was just complaining about when will it be June and now that is almost over. I love Derek Jeter--sorry he was just on tv talking about the game.

The baby is crazy she tries to hang from my kitchen table--I have yet to see this but I heard she reaches up and then proceeds to hang on and swing like a monkey.

Here is a guy question--is it normal for a boy child to constantly have shit skids in his underwear. I swear he does it only when he has to go but he will go thru like 3 pairs of underwears until he finally does the deed and then he lets out a poop the size of an elephant's turds. Is this normal????

As for Miss Smarty pants--I swear she is smarter than me. I started doing a vocabulary word a day and she knows more fruits then I (yesterday's word of the day) and today was vegtables and again she names more then I can--she better get a scholarship-lol!!
What should tomorrow's word be--something hard so I don't feel dumber then her???

Sorry for my absence but I have been a busy little bee.
Doing what-everything.

So latest events--little one is standing up and pulling up on everything--scarry--soon she will be walking.

Meat is totally potty trained--how lovely it is to only have one in diapers.

And the big girl is just fine--chatting away all day and all night-LOL.

As for me I am just doing day by day trying to keep up with everything and everybody.

Well I should have thrown the potty in the garbage but I was good and got a plastic bag and held the poop threw the bag and dumped the pee into the grass.

I then proceeded to scoop out the poop which smelled so bad--it was human feces people--I almost threw up!!!

So I dry heaved and proceeded to take the poop into the bag and threw it into our garbage can---

EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!

Why me but I strived threw and did it!!

Sorry it took me so long to write it but I was busy--5th Birthday, colds and allergies and just regular life stuff!!!!

You are outside-all alone with Potty Boy and Baby is sleeping in the car.
Husband is still at work and Potty Boy says I have to go potty.
So you take out the tiny plastic travel toilet out of the car and place it for him to go.
Well yeah he pees but then ohh no he makes the poopy face. No one is around-you can't hide or yell at him... so you let him finish and say yeah you did it not in your pants or on the floor.

But now you are left with a plastic potty full of shit and piss and I am home.. I mean you are home. (Had I have been in a strange place that potty would have stayed right where
the deed was done--but no no you are home and baby is sleeping..only nap of the day)

Almost there

Wow in the last week I have not even spotted Marley trying to hide the sucking of the thumb!!! Yeah I think the Mermadia toy was just the insentive she needed.

And he is almost mastered the potty. I am still scared to keep undies on when we leave the house and bedtime(even though he is dry all night and when we go out). One more week....

So here we go, like every boy and man on the planet--
He is obsessed with his penis. Today Mary watched him while I took Mar to school and right when I came back he said to her--hey Mary(while he whipped it out of the little hole in his underwear) look at my penis!! And he showed her!!

I almost died. She was laughing!! It was really funny.

So this morning he pee it on the rug. Then this afternoon
he did it on the stepstool next to the toilet. Finally
tonight he did it in the potty. So he got one star.
I made a chart for him for the potty 15 stars= present.
A chart for no thumb sucking for Mar. She had 7 days and she gets her nails done and Mermadia toy of her choice!!

Well he did poop once and did the potty a couple of times this weekend. That's about it. He keeps peeing in the pull up when on and even pooped for Dave when I ran to the store in the pull up-LOL!!!! Better him than me.

So we will keep at it. The weather rocked this weekend. Today we were outside all day. I love the spring-all the trees are budding and flowers are sprouting!!

Pee in the Potty

One pee on the floor then later Ihear him yelling from the bathroom and he is sitting on the potty and he pushed it down and he actually peed into the toilet--success at last.

Yeah Syrus!!!

Till we went out and that was the end of that--he pees in the pull up. Damn you pull up!! They are a better thing than the diapers (easier for the up and down when he wants to go on the potty but it must feel just like the diaper hence peeing in it)

So then we had a pooping incident ( I can't relive it now so just forget I mentioned it)

Tommorrow is another day and he really is getting this potty thing so that makes me happy!!

I hear yelling from the bathroom, I know what he did.
Success at last, well close. Had he been a girl, it would have went into the bowl. But there was pee all over the place-straight out like a line. All over the bowl, floor and ducky mat- Damn Boys are gross. Don't mistake this as complaining, Because I am soooooo happppy you can't believe. I am just stating that boys in general are gross.

Oh yeah as I am blogging right now, Marley and Syrus have set up their laptops (Barbie and Hot Wheels) on the desk right next to mine and they are doing their thing!! Technology rocks!!

I swear this potty training of a boy is like having a puppy. He can hold it for a long time which is good cause he peed on the bathroom floor right before we had to leave for school then he pooped in the pullup at the store, then tonight he peed on the floor on his way to sit on the potty, which was a good thing. So I gave him another bath!! He will be the cleanest boy in town-LOL!! My little puppy boy-LOL!!

So he has not watched a movie since Saturday and he doesn't even ask for tv. Soon soon, we are making progress. I know once he actually lets the pee out into the bowl-he will get it!!

Oh yeah the baby can crawl and baby crawls fast. Yesterday she got her head caught in between the freezer and the wall and today ( while I had to take a quick bathroom break) She crawled into the corner of her room andwas pulling on the cord of the lights. Now she can sit up too!! Wow she is getting so big so fast.

As for Marley she is such a girly, girl. Sunday we got a pedicure and she is a riot. We walk in and there are people waiting but she turns to me and says ok lets go and sit, I want my pedicure. I told her that we have to wait our turn. All the ladies kiss her and fuss over her. Then she picks out her color and on with the show. While she is sitting at the dryer, the one lady comes over and draws her a pretty design of flowers.

Oh yeah we went to Party City and picked out her 5th Birthday party theme- Mermaidia!!
It is Barbie a new thing, She loves it. So know she is pretending she is a mermaid.

Oh yeah and Syrus thinks Spiderman's mom's name is Spiderman Woman( it is cuter when it comes out of his mouth)

Pee Pee Breakthru Day 2

I think the lack of watching tv is getting to him.
Yesterday I took off his pants and diaper and told him no more. I left him in the kitchen and bathroom only. Well he actually sat for a least 10 minutes reading books and we even threw a ball back and forth.
Today I told him to put on a pair of underwear and he sat on the potty. We had breakfast then he cried cause he pissed himself. I threw him into the shower and told him to relax. Now undie #2 and he is playing(with no tv yet).

The Bad Chair

Today Syrus sat in the bad chair-3 times before I even had my morning coffee.
1) pulled the shade up again-did not break it this time.
2)spilled Mar's milk all over the table cause he wanted more in his cup???
3) I forget but he did sit again.

He watched no tv all day cause he will not even try and sit on the potty. I did put Shrek 2 on for Mar but then he kept trying to watch it. Wow no tv all afternoon and we stayed in too. He did talk about it a couple times but I kept saying oh well , sit on the potty!!!

Baby Blue Feet

I forgot to tell you. Dyl's feet were blue the other day, not like light blue but scary purply blue feet. Well the first time, Dave told me it was from holding her( which did happen when Marley was a baby too) So I was not too concerned. But then Monday it happened again and she was laying on the floor for a while. So I call the dr and speak to the nurse. Well she tells me that my darling little baby was urinating-yes urinating. Now the funny thing is I never would have known this was true but I did just change her diaper cause she took a healthy one and I put her on the floor. Well I throw out the poopy diaper and had put her on the floor to throw it out, of course I rushed to put on the diaper cause some poopy had smeared onto my hand and had to wash up. Well I had to fix the new diaper and saw she did just pee!!

Very interesting- who knew I would learn more things with the 3rd baby then I ever knew with the first 2.

Oh yeah, a potty update!! Tommorrow started no tv for Syrus Day. We will no longer let him watch tv, videos or anything that looks like tv(no he can't reach the ipod). Wish us luck!!!

Pee on my pillow

Yes guess who did it???

Could it be Syrus-yes it was.

He peed thru his big ass diaper onto my pillow this morning.
Why was his ass on my pillow?? I don't know ask him.

I then put him on the potty and put on a pullup. I said no more diapers and no more on my bed. Well so much for no diapers- he is back in them but I swear tommorrow morning I will not let him lay in my bed. I will put him on the floor(maybe that will work--I highly doubt it) But I will try.

No I am not going to change my blog to the Syrus piss adventures. And Dave-don't eat raw chicken it is not good for you. That's all for now!!

Potty Wars Part 2

On a lighter note, Syrus has an obession with breaking shades-yes the shades that block out the sun in his room. He broke one a couple of months, now yesterday he struck again. I tell him not to touch but he is crazy.

Oh yeah, the other night Dave worked late so I decide to play hide and go seek with M & S. Well I hid too well and they are massively searching the house, even saying that I left the apartment. ( in case you are wondering where I was-next to my bed by the wall). Well now I go behind my door and I am making noises, well it was a little dark and I jumped out from behind the door and Marley jumped and screamed but then was hysterically laughing. But poor Syrus--I scared the shit out of him. I felt sooooooo bad. He was crying so hard so I held him and calmed him down. Then he was fine but I hope I did not scar him for life from playing hide and go seek!

Well thats all it smells like an Italian Festival in my house-Dave made sauce. Batch 2. The last batch was great just too much green pepper. He yelled at me because I wanted him to properly cool the sauce by using shallow pans. I swear I think he thinks what I learned in school and my job is a crock of baloney- all about proper cooking, cooling, reheating techniques and lets not even go near the germ discussion. Damn it raw chicken has germs(lots of them) & I don't want to contaminate my sponge with salmonella from the cutting board or knife. I did not make this stuff up Microbiology is real -ps.... this is the resistance I got everyday working- cooks didn't want to listen to it either(it really upsets me but I will get over it).

So check out the long ass blog I just wrote. Anyway I did not dye my hair again-day 7 of saying I will and have not. There is always tommorrow!! SEE YA

Potty Wars

When oh when is he gonna go on the potty, this is the question.??? I have bribed him with his love of Stars Wars toys, M&M's, pretzels, animal crackers. I have done all the suggestions from the doctor-lets review what I have tried: 1) reward chart with stickers-this started out great but needless to say there is 2 stickers- one for sitting on the potty and one for washing his hands. No stickers for pee or poop!! 2) carefully placing cherrios in the toilet to aim at--Only my son would have rather eaten them and cried a little. 3) showing him underwears in every store we go to-which ends up with him begging me to buy more underwears(which he already has enough to fill an entire drawer) 4) telling him that he won't be able to go to school-which ends with him saying he doesn't like school and does not want to go. 5) making him stand in the bathroom everytime a member of our family goes to the bathroom. 6)many other things that I can't even think of anymore 7) this is the best one are you ready.................................................???????????????? Marley telling me everyday as she looks at the dumb ass potty rewards chart that Syrus is not potty trained yet. Well thank you very much Marley for keeping an eye on the situation. Meanwhile Syrus yells at her for sucking her thumb which turns into her saying to him that he does not go on the potty. I will gladly take any suggestions my Blog readers have--Please HELP ME!! There you go Dave-some Syrus potty talk!! and thanks for reminding me that I lied and did not blog for 11 days-LOL!

Hey I am blogging

Whats up everybody-so much to tell.
Sorry I have been the antiblogger but I have been busy.
Well I went back to work just 1-2 nights a week depending
and writing reports from home. I must say I enjoy it-I feel
more complete doing something other than just hanging with the kids.

I had lasik eye surgery- I highly recommend this to all my visually impared readers. It is so awesome to wake up in the middle of the night to see what time it is and not have to squint enough to give you a headache or knock over your glasses trying to see the clock.
The kids are good-getting so big its not even funny.

Syrus turned 3 on Monday and I can't believe it.
He still refuses to go on the potty so I got some ideas from the doctor but she saw how stubborn he is. She told him to jump over the paper(its a questionnaire to see their developmental skills) first he steps on it and it gets stuck to his foot. Then he tries to jump over it long ways. 4 times she tried to get him to do this--needless to say she believes me that he can jump and on with the exam. He has earwax buildup and tonight we used the overthe counter stuff--who eversaid this would be easy is crazy. Try putting 10 drops in his ear and then keeping his head still(Still he is never still) and then flush his ear with warm water. TORTURE-- he was screaming and no wax came out. I guess we will try again tomorrow.

We got a new bed-Yes for all of you that read this and think this is last winter-you are wrong.
BED #5. This time we got the Serta brand of memory foam.
It is like sleeping on a cloud.Heaven I love this bed.
It has a 20 year guarantee not to make a hole.
When we went to back to the store for the return of the old crappy piece of shit bed
by Spring Air-the salesman alsosaid why did you buy Spring Air-they are crap.
Well thanks alot I wish someone warned me that a couple of years ago-2 beds ago.

The Christening and the Poop

Well today was Dyllan's Christening!!
She was such a good girl. And at the Christening, it was like a high school reunion. We knew 4 out of the 7 babies. That was really funny.
We had a great time at the afterparty and the kids played under the tables.

I guess you want to know about the poop.

Well darling Syrus decided to put his finger down his diaper and then smeared it on the rug. Boys, they are freaking nuts.
Oh yeah and he broke the play table about 2 hours before that. He is crazy. I tryed to put up pics of the christening
but that hello was not transfering the pics. I will try tommorrow.

Hey for all you who still check my blog. I am sorry for my absentee but you know why. Quick story...
I used to sleep walk and now Marley is starting. She came out about 1 hour after sleeping and put her hands on top of the tv and tried to climb up it. Dave yelled Marley and she ran to him confused then instantly fell asleep. Weird!!!!

Syrus refused to be Buzz Lightyear and now tonight wore his costume all night. Oh well better late than never.

Dyllan is getting so big and sleeping thru the night-mostly!!
Can't ask for anything more.

Also me, Marley and Syrus got the flu shot so hopefully we can protect poor Dyllan from getting it.

Well for right now.
Dyllan is 4 weeks old already. I can't believe it.
My life is a whirlwind of feeding Dyllan and getting Marley to and from school everyday. Syrus just kind of goes along for the ride. It really is not hard having 3 kids, its just getting a new routine. So I will try to blog more often but for now I will leave you with a funny Syrus story.

Today Syrus told the lady in Kmart that we are buying this new bottle for his sister. The cashier says ohhh how old is your sister? Syrus responds 4!!

Dyllan and the projectile vomit

Well our first trip to the doctor was tonight cause we are overfeeding the baby. I guess we are used to bigger babies and how they ate more. So the doctor said it is not really projectile unless she can hit the wall from feet away. So we said no that is not it but she will eat and then oops here it comes. So down to 3 ounces she goes and she would rather she eats more often and less than less often and more food.

Hey the hospital says every 4 hours and she iwas sleeping that long so I thought this was good (minus the soaking of too much formula in poor Dyllan's belly). So lets see how tonight goes. Wish me luck!!

Dyllan Violet has joined the Party

Dyllan Violet was born August 28, 2005 at 8:46 am.
She weighed in as the pee wee of the family at 9lbs and 3 ounces (same as me!!!) and 22".

I am now preparing myself that I will be 2 weeks late and need to be induced just like Marley. I still think the baby will be 11.2 lbs and a girl.

So here is what happened at the doctor. I had an ultrasound and I kept thinking she was gonna fall off her chair cause the baby is so big. I think I have a super power to make things happen oppositely of my thoughts so of course the nurse tells me that she believes the baby is only 8.5 pounds now. Trust me I do not want to be induced and would much rather go into labor naturally but I am so uncomfortable and having so many contractions especially at night. I wish they would have said go to the hospital and we will break your water and the baby would just pop right out.

It seems like every night about 7ish I have contractions every 10 minutes and then either go away or then last night every 5 minutes for 30 minutes then they are gone. I know my body is preparing but these contractions are doing nothing. When the doctor did the internal exam, I was still 2 cm and 50 % effaced. So these contractions are doing nothing. The doctor said she thinks I will probably not progress until my water breaks. But what if that does not happen??

I try not to think about when this baby will come but it is all I can think about.I try to keep busy and do other things but then it creeps back into my head. Will this be the day? Is this the last meal I will eat? Stop it mind!!!

I ate the eggplant and still no baby

I knew it would not really work but I figured I had to try it.
I felt like I was eating a tree or leaf with lots of sauce and cheese.
As Syrus would say, ME NO LIKE EGGPLANT!!!
Not gonna do any other suggestions, I know the baby will only
come out when the baby is good and ready.

You can't blame me for trying, since the year 2000, I have been
pregnant 3 times. That is 42 weeks with Marley, 39 weeks with
Syrus and now almost 39 weeks with this one.
That is 120 weeks in the past 5 years.

Tomorrow I get an ultrasound and an internal, so then we will see what they say.

Dr Visit 38 weeks

So just a regular checkup yesterday. No internal check so I don't know if I progressed since Monday.
She did tell me I dropped which is a good sign.
She also heard the heartbeat and the heartbeat thru the cord. Which I said is what does that mean and she said it could be 2 babies which I almost fell off the table but then she said no its just the cord. So now I wait. The full moon is tonight and I keep reading how this sets women into labor but with my luck it won't but lets all do a full moon dance for me just in case.
I also read to do jumping jacks. I tried 10 but now I am out of breath. Any other oddities people now of??? I am willing to try anything but castor oil cause I refuse to throw up for no good reason or have diarrhea-no thanks. I drank another cup of rasberry tea this morning but that one is a crock of shit. I think I may be daring and try the eggplant parm for dinner.

So I go into Wallgreens to purchase Dave the last step of the patch, since he went off the wagon due to the almost electricution situation. Anyway I ask the man behind the counter for the patch. Of course there is a lady behind me who looks at my large pregnant stomach and felt the need to share with me that she thinks it is great that I am and I quote "getting off the smokes before the baby comes!" Now I am mortified. I tell her the patch is not for me because I don't smoke. I said they are for my husband. She is talking to me in her groggy probably smokes 4 packs a day voice but I do not say this to her!!

May I ask you all if I have a sign on my back that says it is ok to comment on my purchases and how I look and anything else others want to say? Strangers please leave me alone. I do not bother you. I may smile at you but I don't want to talk to you no matter how bad you want to talk to me!

Well then she asks me if the patch works. I tell her yes but he fell off the wagon and had a couple. So I finish paying and she wishes me luck. And now lets all guess what she purchases after I am walking away---

You guessed it SMOKES!!

I currently am drinking rasberry tea (which I read can bring on labor) and yes I know will not work but it does taste pretty good. So if necessary I will be brave and try a eggplant parm tonight for dinner.

False Labor visit to the doctor#2

Yes I just went to the doctor and he said it may be the beginning or it could be just good ole false labor which is common with 3rd pregnancies.
So here I am back at home and you know how that feels so I will leave it at that.
He said I was still 2 cm and the head is still up high. So now I will wait again but at least I still go to the doctor again on Thursday.

For those of you who did not hear, an electrical wire fell on top of Dave's work truck yesterday while he was in his bucket up at the pole. The wire was insulated and nothing happened to him except that he was scared shit!!
He called 911 and police and fire came to his aid. They said the wire was not hot and he was allowed to get down.

I receive a call from Dave at 10:04 yesterday morning and I quote " I am ok, lets start with that" so I say "what happened to you" and then he tells me. I said do you have to go to the ER? He said no I am fine just shaken up. Meanwhile, I just got out of the the most relaxing and peaceful shower because the kids had just left for Boston and I was all alone. So here I am now all alone and scared shit and I could not breath. He told me he was fine but I had to see him. So off I drive to see him. I find that only Public Service was there with the street blocked off and police and fire. Dave's cell phone was dead and I did not want to bother his partner so I left. I knew he was back to his garage.

So that is the story in a nutshell. So lets all remember life is short and anything can happen on any given day and I am no longer going to worry
about petty, stupid shit!!

PS. Marley thinks she is a world class traveler since now she has stayed in a hotel twice and was telling Syrus all about a hotel and how the room was set up. I know she is only 4 years old but she really acts like she is 34. The kids loved being with their Great Grandpa and my Grandpa loved meeting the only male bloodline of the Rowe family. Alright I know I have written this before but for the decency of
human kind why do people say stupid things to hurt
others feelings right to your face.
So I had 2 incidents today and almost one which thankfuly
only my Mom heard not me so here there are:

1) In the street in Englewood, a very large lady
(not that I felt the need to tell her that to her face)
said and I quote " Wow you should be in the emergency room!!!"
So I said Oh Thanks (this is where I should have said
"Oh Thanks you big fat shit" but again I reserved my thoughts to my head).

2) Walk into McDonalds and the lady behind the counter (who did not have the best hair but again I kept this thought to myself)
said and again I quote "You should be in the hospital"
Well now I have had it!!
I rebutt with "why I am not sick, I am only pregnant. Oh yeah first I said "you people have to stop saying these things to me" So I shot her a few nasty looks and made her feel bad as I then proceeded with my order.

Now for the worst one of all--and this we should all be thankful I did not hear until after we were home and far away from this dumbass bitch who I would be
in jail for because she said the stupidest thing I have ever heard. After leaving the toy store at the mall, this dumbass said to her kids and only my mom heard because she was destracting me from hearing this:

She told her kids "wow look at that lady she must have taken fertility drugs cause she is having a couple of babies"
And for that I am glad I am home and not in jail for
punching a woman who also was pregnant
and I am sure she would never want to hear that said about her.

End Rant.

Sorry but I feel so much better for writing that. So next time you see a pregnant lady just smile at her or even say
"You look great, fantastic (or any other nice thing)
Don't ask her when she is due or if she is having more than one baby. We all must think before we speak and this world would be a nicer place!!!

Oh let me tell you about my doctor appt. today. Well I am currently 2 cm dialated and 50% effaced. So basically that means it could happen today or in 3 weeks or more. But I am progressing so that makes me very happy!!
She said I am not measuring big and I look great. I know she is payed to say this but she too is a fellow preggo and I like her!!
Also if I make it to 39 weeks they will do an ultrasound
and then make a plan to do an induction only if necessary.
Let us all pray that I go soon before I punch someone for a stupid comment!!

1) go to Hawaii for our 10 year Anniversary
2) go to Ireland and visit my natives, maybe I can find lots of Finns there
3) have a man servant who will cook, clean and drive me and Dave places once we win the lottery and move to Hawaii
4) get my hair cut by Jonathan Anton and have Gunnar Peterson be my personal trainer (again once I win the lottery)
5) see my kids get married
6) see my kids have their own kids
7) host my own tv show
8) appear on Days of Our Lives
9) Go on Oprah for a really cool reason nothing depressing
10) buy a house (again I want to win the lottery so it can be in Hawaii).

I know I have told everyone I felt low but since the moment I woke up I feel like this baby is sooooo low. I am also mad cleaning!!! I vaccuuming the hallway stairs and vaccuumed the living room furniture and started to steam vac. the couch. That couch should just go right out the window and to the curb. I just hate to buy one now cause it is only gonna get spit up on like a million times in the next year.
Syrus colored on the tv during Blues Clues this morning. He was copying Joe writing in the notebook. Lets just say there will be no more coloring in the living room and he sat in the "bad chair" for a long time!!!
Sears repairman came for the 5 year warranty on the refrigerator. Of course he could not look at the reach in freeezer which is currently not freezing. There is a button for fast freeze which I keep on all the time now so it stays frozen. So I called Sears and they will come next week.
Kara and Melinda are taking me out to dinner tonight for a prebaby celebration!!!

Marley and her teeth

Well Marley and I went to the dentist the other day and we found out that her
2 front teeth are loose. He said that maybe sucking her thumb is causing it but now I hear that since she got her first teeth at 4 months that this is normal.
So now we will wait for them to fall out and she is very excited about the Tooth Fairy and receiving money. How much money does the Tooth Fairy give these days??? I think back in the day I got like a penny. I think that sounds good to me. If anyone remembers when you lost your first tooth, let me know. ( My mom can't remember when I lost mine).

Week 36 and no check

So today I went to the doctor. Of course I had my hopes up to hear that I was dialating and effacing but the nurse said--and I quote"Oh No you are not 36 weeks yet, so you will not get your strep b test today". Might I add I will be 36 weeks tomorrow. Tomorrow People. Well I think they should have just told me last week then to come when I am actually 36 weeks, which shall I repeat is tomorrow. Oh well now I have to wait till next Friday's appointment to find out some progress.

I guess it is better that I don't know that I am probably nothing dialated and just want a sign that this baby will exit my body soon. They always say you have a baby in 9 months but then why is it technically 40 weeks. It should be known it is 10 months then not 9. And how do the doctors know when you will have this baby maybe 2 weeks before, maybe 2 weeks after. I wish there was less guess in this process with all the medical advances there have been can't they pinpoint the due date a little better. Statistics say only like 10-15 percent of people deliver on their actual due date. Lets work on this people!!!

Sorry I keep ranting but as you know I am huge and uncomfortable and my hormones are out of control and it is hot as hell. So that is my excuse!!! Oh yeah and the doctor doesn't think I am big at all. She measured my stomach and it measures 34 inches-whatever that means but she said I am not really that big. So again if someone says Wow you are huge I will start swinging!!!

Oh yeah we visited IKEA today and I purchased comforter quilt covers for the kids beds. They match but are different. Tomorrow after they are washed and put on the beds I will post a picture.

Dumb People and the things they say!!

If another human being on this earth, says to me wow
are you due tomorrow or even last week I believe I have the right to punch them in the face. Why do strangers feel the need to comment on the size of my belly? Do they know I have big babies, no but common human decency should stop people from asking others dumb questions.
Would I go up to a fat person and say wow your fat-NO!
Would I go up to a person with bad hair and say you have bad hair-NO!
End Rant!!

Sorry but I just think it is delightful when people say wow you look great.

Oh yeah a dumb girl at the zoo asked if my mom was 65 and she almost punched her. But we should have said yes to only pay $1 to look at like 5 butterflies in the butterfly tent. Then a cashier man in Macy's came around the register to look at her stomach cause he thought Marley was referring to my mom being pregnant and not seeing me. Well thank goodness he did not say something to me cause I probably would have punched him!!

Happenings

So today I went to the hospital to pre register. I love that hospital, everyone is so friendly and it is not crowded. I filled out a ton of paperwork and I know that there will be even more at the time of delivery. They asked if I want a private room so of course I said yes if it is available. They did change the visiting hours to only afternoon and evening.
Everytime a baby is born in the hospital, they play a lullibye and me and Syrus heard one!!! How exciting. I can't wait to have this baby. I feel like I am gonna explode and I am super hot all the time but it is so worth it. Soon soon soon! Oh yeah I am sooo happy it is finally August cause I feel like that baby will come out in August.

It is too hot today. Why is it that last year we had 1 day of 90 degree weather and this year we will set records for the most 90 degree days? Cause I am pregnant that is why.
I forgot to update you with my doctor appointment last week.
Well as I walked out the door, I had contractions every 5 minutes till the doctor walked in the door. She checked me and I am still all sealed up so even though I have contractions every once and a while they are doing nothing yet.
I will go back next Wednesday and then they do the Strep B test and they will check me again. Hopefully by then I will progress a little-not that matters but it sounds nice to say I am 1 cm dialated. Monday I have to go and fill out all the hospital paperwork. It is finally almost the end!! Yipee!!
I can't wait to see what this baby will be. Marley still says girl and Syrus says boy even though he thinks everyone is a boy.

I finished Harry

Yes it is true. I finished the book in less than a week( with 2 kids and being 8.5 months pregnant) and I am really proud of myself. Well you are wondering if it was good. Why yes it was. A lot of important things happened in this book. Good stuff, crazy stuff. I will not tell any secrets because just yesterday before I finshed I heard something I wish I did not before I finished. So I will tell nothing. Now I am dying to read the last book but I guess that will not happen for another 2 years. So now I just want Dave to read it so I can say the ohhhs and ahhhs to someone who read it.
Oh yeah Marley threw up on my Mom today at Fishers-lovely.

My new obsession

Tattoo shows!! I love them. The have one Miami Ink on Tuesdays that one was pretty cool but then last night there was Inked. That one was even better. It is interesting to watch what people want to get tattooed on them and how the shops work.
I love reality shows-corny as it sounds but I admit it.
Oh yeah and I read 50 more pages of Harry.
I go to the Doctor tonight and I will tell you all about it tommorrow.

Laura warned me not to go outside but did I listen--nooooo.
I felt like I was gonna pass out. Being pregnant in the summer is so unfair. I used to feel like I was gonna pass out with the other 2 pregnancies
and those were in the winter.
Summer sucks. Maybe it will cool off a little later cause I feel bad for my kids. They would love to go into the pool. Hey I would too but when you feel like passing out just getting into the car-I don't think that is too wise.

So I came back as quick as I left did my 2 drive thru errands and Laura got my stamps and orange juice. I am gonna try and make my own coolatas instead of giving DD my $3.00.

Oh yeah I read more Harry and I am up to page 305. Almost half way done. I want to finish it but I hate to finish it cause I just love reading it. Not that I will have too much time to read once the baby comes.

What I did this weekend.

Well we had Baby #3's luncheon/not a shower at Tracey's. I had the best caeser salad and Steak sandwich with cheese!!
Also chocolate ice cream-my obsession.
Got lots of new stuff for the baby. Which is already getting washed. Thanks to everyone!! And a special thanks to Aunt Chickie!!

Harry arrived just as they said on Saturday. Sunday morning I had read 85 pages and by last night I am now up to 140 pages. Wow only 500 something to go. I can't wait, I love Harry!!!

Last night we finished totally organizing the kids clothes. Poor Syrus had a total of 4 bins and Marley has 7. Dave now really believes I will have a girl so he will have to be tortured with putting all 6 buckets(one is little baby clothes and will not make it back up in the attic) back up in the attic plus all Marley's other clothes from now till the baby would fit.

It is hotter that hell outside now. I took the kids food shopping and could not breath from the car to Shoprite. So inside I will now stay till this humidity lifts. I like hot weather but when you step outside and can't breath-that sucks. It feels a little like winter being stuck in the house. Oh well thats all for now.

Baby Clothes

Well I am still knee deep in buckets. I have so many baby and kids clothes that it is not even funny. Of course there is double the girls
clothes since Marley is double Syrus's age but wow. Jackets, pants, tees,shorts, you name it and I have it.

We purchased another dresser to match the bunk beds so now there are 3. One for each kid. The baby stuff is know all in the changing table dresser. Marley got the new dresser since she has the most clothes and Syrus is in the other dresser.

Now to organize the closet and finish the rest of the older clothes.
Oh yeah and I have 3 buckets of my clothes to go thru. I could open my own boutique with the amount of clothes and in all different sizes!!!

Nesting

I am on a nesting kick. I want my whole house not only organized but perfectly neat and organized. This is not so easy since I have cleaning dyslexia. I start doing one thing, then I pay bills, then I got to the kitchen and clean the fish bowl cause I could hardly see poor Yellow(clean the bowl once a month-yeah right). Now I am blogging, next I will open more baby bins. Poor Dave carried 20 bins plus other baby stuff from the hot ass attic on Saturday. Oh yeah I am currently washing some baby towels, bibs and blankets. I have two bins(boy and girl) that I will not wash till we know what this baby is and then off to the lucky person who wants all the opposite sex clothes. There is nothing wrong with all these beautiful outfits, blankets and other stuff. Oh well at least half of it will be worn again. Well off to reorganize something else.

32 week doctor visit

Well I had my check up today and the baby is good.
Heartbeat is good- Marley and Syrus were very happy to hear
the heartbeat and they both now think they have babies in their bellies.
The baby's head is still up-last time it was down-but the doctor said
there is still plenty of time to turn. Lets hope so.
Now I go every 2 weeks to the doctor.

I told her I was scared to have a 13 pounder like that lady and
she told me that they will not induce until 39 weeks only if my
cervix is favorable. The risks are just as high for csection if they
do anything sooner and since I had no problems pushing out the
two 10 pounders, they are not concerned. Well I still am but it is
still too early.

Meet the new addition

While on the boardwalk, Marley and I won this cool fish.
I got 3 ping pong balls in the fish bowls and Marley got 1.
So we got the extra large bowl with 1 fish.
I asked the kids what to name the

Had a great time at the beach. It did rain a lot but you can't do anything about that. Marley loved the bay she was jumping in the water and going crazy. Syrus was more of the pool man. He enjoyed his new trick "the eyes" from the Spongebob Movie. He would take the water bombs and wash his eyes!!!

On one of the rainy days we went to the Jackson Outlets. Dave got 2 pairs of sneakers and I got one. Then we decide to drive thru Great Adventures Safari. Well what a rip off if you don't go in the park too. $18.00 per adult in the car (kids under 4 were free so I said 2 kids under 4). Dave was gonna smack the guy but we went anyway. We saw all the animals but the highlight of the trip is when I motioned to a giraffe and he bent his big head down and stared into the car, he then proceeded to try and give Syrus a kiss by licking his window. Yuck even after it rained for the 5th day, the big giraffe kiss was still on the window. I am shocked that Dave allowed the HEMI to go thru the safari at all!!!

Well I think I dropped. This baby is lower than ever. I am having a hard time driving. My stomach gets really tight and I have contractions. So if anyone wants to volunteer to be my chauffeur, I will be your best friend. I hate being stuck in the house.
I have the doctor on Wednesday and I can't wait.

10 more weeks to go

Wow the 30 weeks seems impressive but the fact that I will
be pregnant for another 70 days seems long.
The psychic believes I will have the baby in the 20's of August
so I am wishing for that. She also thinks I am having a girl
which is what I thought from the moment I found out I was pregnant.

Guess we have to wait almost 70 more days to find out.
She also thinks this baby will only be 8ish pounds.
I do not believe this.
I think the baby is already almost 8 pounds.
I also think the winning weigh in will be 11.3 lbs.

So now I am 30

I feel no different. But it is kind of weird to say I am now 30.
So there is no special club or discounts at 30 but I think that
there should be. I had a really nice birthday.
I did receive one more delivery from Pro Flowers on Saturday.
I will post that picture in a minute.

I got 2 gift certificates for maternity massages. I can't wait to go.
I got a gift certificate to the MAC counter. I went and got some
new makeup which was really cool since I am makeup illiterate.
I got a 2 pedicure GC's which I did use one yesterday and it was awesome.
I got an awesome Citizen watch which you never have to change the
battery. I got a beautiful Tiffany necklace from my parents.
Also money which I will spend shortly ( I did order 2 tanks and a skort
from JCPenny.com).

Let me tell you all that my husband is the biggest kid I ever met.
Today he purchased a new well almost new BMX (is that what you call it) Bike.
Well after cleaning it, fixing it up and just testing it out.
He comes back from riding down the block telling Tommy he fell.
Bruised shoulder, bloody arm, hand and eye.
I guess he is making me practice for the kids many accidents.

Well he snuck out of bed and went into the bathroom and unrolled the whole roll of toilet paper. I would have taken a picture but Marley rolled it back up.
Then I was making Eggos for breakfast and I made the kids mini eggos which were in the toaster. I had the 2 frozen waffles for me sitting on the counter.
Well I turn around and find Syrus in his chair chomping on a frozen waffle.
I got out of the shower while he was watching the Wiggles
and he took a nutrigrain bar out of the closet and was attempting to eat it threw the wrapper. It is only 9:50 what will he do next.
By the way we have 3 kittens living in our backyard, I will post a picture.
They are cute. Good thing Marley has not seen them because she asked me last night for her own pet. She replied why does TJ have pets? Then I said well you have to be bigger. I then told her that we are not allowed to have pets in this house. I told her she has Syrus as a pet but she got mad at me and said He is her brother and her friend not a pet.

No labor for 2 weeks

I just got a call from the doctor's office and my test was negative.
Therefore I will not go into labor for 2 weeks. Yippee.

Day 1-Rest

No more contractions-yeah. I am resting now and I only dropped Marley off at school and will pick her up. That will be the big outing of the day. My feet are up and the air conditioning is on high. I only had 10 lb babies and this one will be no different so in there baby will stay until baby is due I hope.

It is starting already

Well I have been having some non painful contractions that were on and off. Last night I had a bunch but I went to sleep and they stopped. This afternoon I had more and at my last doctor appointment the doctor told me that I can have no more than 4 contractions an hour. So I called the nurse at my doctors office and she kind of freaked me out by saying that the contractions for pre term labor don't have to hurt. So she tells me to wait an hour and see if I still get them. Well of course it kept happening so I get an appointment at 7:15.

Here is what happened at the Doctor Appointment.
Nothing is wrong- I repeat nothing is wrong!
I am not dialated or effaced or leaking any sort of fluid.
She was not too concerned and told me that with all this heat that many women are having contractions and cramping. I have to stay off my feet as much as I can and drink lots of water. But if I get 6 contractions in an hour than I will have to be admitted to the hospital for fluid and maybe meds to stop the contractions.

So far I have not had anymore contractions since I ate some dinner and am now laying down. So lets all hope no more contractions come because I don't want to go to the hospital.
